Hola, Bonita. Yo he intentado tomar café con leche de soja y no es lo mismo. En los guisos (prueba a hacer unas croquetas o un bizcocho con esta leche vegetal) no se nota la diferencia, pero ahí sí. Aunque imagino que todo es acostumbrarse... Besos.

Los postres de soja los compro en herbolario, y en ocasiones la leche también, y la crema de soja para ciertos guisos. Si tengo alguna duda, ya sé a quién consultar, además de a Luis, mi vendedor, :) Saludos.
Muy buen post Raquel, como sabes mi niña es alergica a la proteina de la leche y hay que tener una dieta mas o menos especial velando el consumo de los deribados de la leche.
Nosotros en mi casa todos bebemos leche de soya que le cae muy bien a mi niña, cierto es que en un cafe no es lo mismo, pero lo utilizamos en otras comidas y no se nota.
Efectivamente, Tony, lo único que puede hacerse es evitar el consumo por parte del alérgico. Yo el café lo tomo con mi leche de siempre, pero para los guisos utilizo la de soja, así podemos tomarlo todos. Un saludo afetuoso.
